How can Darnell not have watched big brother?

Surely he would have needed to see an advert for it to audition. You wouldn't walk past a cueue of people auditioning for some show you'd never watched and just join the cueue. It could have been a cuecue of auditionees for some film for all he knew.

Since the ad for the auditions this year only aired during BB8's finale, that must mean he had seen BB already, right?

Perhaps he saw the American version as having been living in the US just a tad earlier. He might not have seen the British version ever.

sure i saw his friend on bblb saying it was him who had gone to audition but darnell went along with him to keep him company but ended up auditioning himself

i think he has seen it because he said something along the lines of "they're going to be evil this year i think". if he hadn't seen it then he wouldn't know any different.

I think he has seen it :shrug: He always says things like "well you know what BB are like usually" about things like tasks and secret rooms.

He probably has seen it before (whether it be in the UK or US) but unlike most of us doesn't actually set out to watch the show. Guess no-one will really know the truth, you get alot of BB HM's saying they have never seen it before when they more than likely have at some point - Can't seem him auditioning/signing a contract though especially for something he knows absoloutely nothing about.

Just noticed on this story, here (http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/big_brother/article1300463.ece). The ending line:

"He was less complimentary about last year’s contestants, blasting Ziggy as a “w*****”."

So he must've watched a lot to come to that judgement?

I think hes seen it, he mentions it all the time.
