But the viewers won't be able to see them then, it would be just boring for everyone else having to watching an eye on a screen for a few minutes.

They'll show them like they do for the other housemates. The highlights are really for the viewers anyway; they only put the housemate there for the viewers to watch the reactions. Mikey will still be reminded of certain events in the house and will react to them.
