UK. Davina throws herself into it. Julie is like an estate agent or like some sort host on a property shopping channel.

UK Davina is more lively and keeps you on your toes and makes comments that are interesting... Julie makes it sound like she is trying to sell you the house and with the house looking like it did she would have a hard time with me!

US. Davina rushed the UK one and didn't taker much time to explain as she did previous years.
Julie did a damn good job.

UK is better. I fell asleep during the USA one! The UK one was better and more interesting.

I like UK Davina better. Julie just seems so forced and so scripted.

Davina's aren't always live either. Theres been a few continuity errors in the past which have confirmed it, most notably in the BB3 tour and the BB8 tour.

Error at 2.30, her mic comes from nowhere and the cameras outside the house show theres noone inside to hand her a mic

Error at 2.55 onwards- the wire conveniently doesn't follow Davina into the house but conveniently disappears up her skirt.

Theres no indication if the BB9 one was live or not. The only two that were definitely live were BB5 and BB6.

Davina's house tours have been pre-recorded since BB7.

For BB8's tour, after she went through the front doors, it cut to a tape.

Similarly, for BB9's tour, the whole thing was pre-recorded. The only part of the BB9 tour that was actually live was Davina coming out of the front door.

I have to go with Julie's house tour on this one. Usually in the past, Davina has done better with the house tours. But with this one, she seemed rushed. Julie covered the whole house, and even the small details.

It's a shame that we don't get to see the house tour on TV. I'd love it if CBS decided to air a special 1 hour show before the season offcially starts to introduce the viewers to the new house and possibly the new housemates.
