Is This A Good Series?

I am hearing loads of negatives about big brother 9!
people saying there are boring housemates, sh1t task etc

is this series not turning out all that good for some of you?
personally i love big brother just to see how everyone interacts, so the housemates could be anyone!

Im liking this series, ive not missed one so far... and thats never happened with me :)
Although summer hasnt really started yet... so we will see.

It's a good series but in general I don't like BB as much as I used so I don't find it as good as I would have if I still loved it as much as I used to.

I'm really enjoying it this year. I was highly disappointed with it last year, and didn't watch much beyond the launch night. But, this year is good. There's a good mix of people and I agree with the OP; the interaction is the main part of the show for me too.

Its actually a pretty good series.

Im worried that good people will go quickly, but that happens every year, and it still manages to be great.

Its week 3, and its already been jam packed full of excitement.

But there is no way it is going to be ably to stay this entertaining for another 10 weeks, the series should have been alot shorter.

I think it's a really bad series. Far too many big characters are going in three weeks.

14th July 2000 - September 15th 2000, so just 9 short weeks.

In fact, the first four Series were just 9 weeks.

Big Brother UK 5 was 10 weeks.

Big Brother UK 6 was 11 weeks.

Big Brother UK 7 was 13 weeks.

Big Brother UK 8 was 14 weeks.

This year's, is of course 13 weeks, ending on September 5th.

They're starting earlier too which annoys me because i used to love watching the live feed everyday in the summer holidays! Not that i can do that now that im working :sad:

Hmm so so really i think its better than last years but its not as good as BB5 BB6 and BB7... i think for me this year is falling slowly... BB needs to spice it up somehow!

Much better than BB7 but at the point, Big Brother 8 was better: the housemates were funnier and didn't moan all the time.

It's really good so far! I'm enjoying it... except I think the good people seem to be going out early, which sucks... and, unfortunately, I think the past few days have started to get a little slow. I'm still enjoying it, though.

It's ok so far. Although they need to add more twists in to keep it lively, as I don't think the housemates on their own will entertain us for the whole summer.
