I would go for jen, she had made the choice not accept Rex's apology.

Jenhad to go on and on and on about what he had done. She made it into some kind of melodrama and blew the whole thing out of proportion. She turned the incident into something from one of those awful soap opera's that mindless masses watch night after night.
