She's proven to be incredibly attention-seeking and a bit insecure, really. I'm not sure whether I should feel sympathy or really dislike her.

I felt that every time someone new came into the luxury bedroom, she started crying even louder and going over the incident again - when Rex had already apologised loads, and in my eyes it could have been resolved there and then. Stu & Dale certainly didn't help either.

A lot of people use the "attention seeking" argument for qualifying why they dislike a housemate.
The truth is every housemate in every series past present and future of BB are attention seekers. They would not be on the show if they were not.
What we have are some attention seekers that are more extrovert than others thus they come across as more pronounced......
Off topic I know but I was watching Kat late last night and if ever there was an attention seeker Kat is a natural.
Having said that I would not evict a housemate for being an attention seeker they would have to do far more than that to provoke me into wanting to evict......

Nope, I've never said I'd evict her for it. I just think she milked the situation for all it was worth when it could have been resolved far earlier. There were more pressing issues, namely the other housemates' dislike and targeting of Mo & Rex. Dale/Stu and some others saw what happened as a golden opportunity to add to the argument, particularly because it revolved around Jen.

Hate is a strong word to use. And it's not like most of the nation, Jen is actually proving to be a very popular housemate.
Jen to win!

Nope I didn't mean to suggest that you would evict on that basis alone. However if you follow the threads both on this and other forums many many people will evict on the basis of attention seeking alone. Common expression being "I hate attention seekers" Which following the logic means they should hate all BB contestants which makes no sense why they watch the show at all...Except perhaps because they love to hate.....

True. I guess not everyone follows up their points with explanations, although I can see where they're coming from.

My opinion of Jennifer has really changed.. I liked her before, but she let that argumenet get out of hand, she sat there sobbing while everyone around her was fighting her corner, Fine she was upset with Rex over the whole picture thing, but I think she could havehelped calm the situation when she realised how heated it was getting instead of letting everyone else get into bigger arguments.

Do you know she was drunk? Come on, do you not think maybe her having a drink was to do with the OTT crying.
He apologised, whilst he laughed at her.

How can you not see that she completly milked the whole situation? She was over-playing victim over a small thing, and after Rex apologied over and over she continued when she should have just hugged him and ended it. But instead she continued crying (though I didn't see that much tears) which spurred on Stuart and Dale. And even afterwards, even though Mo had been spat at in the face, she was all still me, me, me.
And I suppose he laughed because the big deal she was making out of it was ridiculous.
