I think it's a bit everything. Well I don't buy the 'physical appearance doesn't matter' so I am generally attracted by the face of the girl, how she acts, how she speaks.

Totally agree. They have to be attractive otherwise the relationship doesn't work. But personality is half of it as well. It all depends to be honest. For me it is the face of a person, their general appearence, how they present themselves, their interests, their personality, what we have in common, and other such things.
