Looks awesome!!!
I saw the trailer this afternoon, and although it doesn't show too much, it gives a brief outline of the plot. Moving aside from the silly title (I mean, seriously... worst bond film name EVER!), Daniel Craig proved himself against all people who said that nobody could effectivley replace Brosnan.
Unfortuntaly I'm more of a fan of old school Bond Movies... it's become too much like the standard action film with big hollywood explosions and high flying stunts lately. That being said I don't dislike them (apart from Die another day), I just wish they would go more back to traditional Bond.
I read a while ago, not sure where, that Sean Connery was interested in playing a Bond Villain, which I thought would have been an amazing idea. Not sure what happened to that idea though, maybe the producers weren't interested.

Looks fantastic, hope it lives up to the trailer.

Yeah, looks to have a lot more action than Casino Royale

From what I can gather, this is about the other people behind Le Chiffe's terrorist ring
James goes to get revenge on the people who forced Vesper to do what she did, and also "Quantum" are bigger than anyone could ever have known (and will probably remain as the bad guys for the next few films.

The song title has to be a name of the film aswell, so i have NO idea how that will work!

Lol the song name is
"Another way to die"
and Casino Royale's was
"They know your name"

Casino Royale was AWFUL ! It was NOTHING like a bond film ! First of all, no Q therefore no gadgets = the point of 007 the plot was terrible and whats his face dosent look and cant act like the previous 'Bonds'
I cant wait untill a half decent actor takes up the role
Scarlett.

To be fair, it was setting up a new Bond seires, this film looks like it might be the best yet

I've heard it's nothing like a Bond film but more like a Bourne film but to be honest I don't care, I just hope it's good. I've loved all the Bond films so I hope this one can be great.
Going to see it on Sunday hopefully, looks good.

Was a bit disappointed got to be said. I did like it and thought it was really good but it just wasn't like a Bond film. There were no classic Bond references in the film and if I was a new Bond fan I wouldn't even know it was a James Bond film. I thought Judi Dench was great in it though and Daniel Craig did it justice but there wasn't much of a story and you just can't compare it to a classic Bond film.

I wanted to see this today but I am going to wait and go with my film studies class while also getting a tour of the cinema otherwise I will be doing work on my own because I wont pay to see it again
Seeing it sometime during the week. This weekend will be far too busy and I hate busy cinemas.

It was so busy when I went, I even arrived 20 minutes early and was forced to sit right at the front which I hated.

I agree. It wasn't the best AT ALL. It's an action film like another, there isn't that thing that makes James Bond you know.
The scenes are still incredible to look at but it's just too different from what we used to see.
Daniel Craig is still one of the best James Bond yet along with Sean Connery.
And what about Camille !
I would give it a 6 out of 10.

Cant wait to go and see this - I am going next week I think.
I LOVED IT!
At first I wasn't sure, the action just started... then did the opening sequence (Even better than when you listen to the song on its own).
Daniel Craig as beautiful (and vulnerable) as ever!
9/10
I highly recommend it!
Was no Casino Royale, but we all knew it wouldn't be.
Go see it!
Copied and pasted :P

I can't wait for the next movie though because apparently it's going to be more appealing to classic Bond fans.

Bond 23 in 2010 ! I hope it's MUCH better than Quantum of Solace. I want the James Bond vibe back.
Did you feel that the gun barrel sequence should have been at the beginning rather than the end.
The opening sequence was good.. I just felt it was... pointless..but good.
Imo.

It should have, like in pretty much all Bond films. It's one more thing the director missed out.
Maybe next time...
I hope,
I love Casino Royale and Quantum Of Solace... but with Bond Filims you should be able to just put one on and not have to know what happened in the one before.
I just don't find the continuation appealing. Although they are great filims.. I prefere the old format.

Ooo good, I want another Goldeneye/WorldIsNotEnough (favourite ones) cause the last two haven't seemed that Bondlike. But Quantum of Solace was good, saw it yesterday.

I saw it last night. it was better than Casino Royale :yuk:
I still think they have to bring back 'real' bond, with his gadgets, Q and generaly more 'Bondish' wheras Casino Royale & Quantum of Solace have nothing about them that makes them 'bond'

Although, I agree, bring back Q and the gadgets!
And make the Bond Girls more interesting and the villains more villainus (sp). Like Xenia Onatopp ,Jaws or Renard or someone feisty.

I didn't like it. It lacked in plot, and the camera was too jolty. Gemma Arteton was hardly in it, either. :(

IMO - Best Bond film yet
So what if he didnt crack the lines, its said he will in the next film, it is good to see Bond as a human, instead of Brosnan's robot Bond
