Mine is:

Tell people what they want to hear - and then do what you want.

Many I follow:

Give me respect, I give you respect. You dont give me respect, I dont give you respect. Simple.

Live life to the fullest, you only live once. Reach for your dreams.

and

Educate yourself young, you will be thankful when you are older.

I've got a few but you can gaurantee I contradict them daily.

My favorite though, which I do live by, it's not so much a philosophy but a saying; "It's better to regret something you did do rather than something you didn't" ... because I do have a 'try anything once' attitude, jump in with 2 feet and generally always looking for new experiences. I do think to myself, you do only get one life, so don't waste it being scared and wondering what might have happened if, what will happen if, how scared you'd be if ... hence my sponsored skydive and acrobatic aeroplane ride in the summer, despite me being scared of heights.

I'd hate to get to a certain age and look back at my life and think I'd wasted it, I want to cram as much into my life as possible, and even now, I'd say I've done a fair few things at 17 that are life long experiences.

Everytime I talk about myself I go off on a tangent and I ramble.

Fit as much into each day as possible, try and achieve your goals no matter how far fetched they might seem. Have an attitude that if you end up on your death bed tomorrow, you can say that you lived every day as full as you could.
