Help!!!

The site crashed for me a few days back, then came back yesterday.

Since then, when I log in at home, I only get threads from before the crash and there is nobody else there- well actually dupin was here but that is it...

Anyone know what this is?

I only get new threads if I log in from here...

Maybe your ISP has not caught up with the server change? I'm sure only Mark/James can help with this, though.

I don't think you have been.

It's something to do with your ISP responding only to the old server.

It doesn't look like you've been banned. You have no warnings on your profile. And, like Lauren pointed out, if you were banned you wouldn't be able to post. :laugh:

Basically, TiBB changed servers the other day, and the DNS changes for some quicker than it does for others.

There's nothing much you can do about it unfortunately. :(

Well it only works through a referal site. Know I'm not meant to, oh well.

Actually even now, the page only loads if I refresh it a million times and it keeps messing up!

I was wondering why the forum kept playing up and kept going down, with either database errors, bandwidth limit errors, connection errors and random old thread new threat mix up.

I only came back last Friday (thought it may have been normal as I thought BB site would only function in SUMMER so no point getting similar resources when there's no BB) so good to know it's due to changing servers. Whatever that involves.

I tried that link and it took me to the site with only a handful of people including usa4eva, dupin and some others- which is what I usually get. It's really eerie. I get old threads from before the site went down and there's hardly anyone there.

Have you tried deleting all the cookies on your computer?

I have no idea what it could be? I don't think it will be to do with cookies. I have something that gets rid of them everytime my comp is started anyway.

Even now it is messing up a lot- every time I answer a question it says the webpage has expired and I have to press back and if I log in from my usual comp, I only get old threads from last week.
