Why are you a hypocrite?

We're all hypocrites in some way, why are you?

I'm a hypocrite because I turn a lot of conversations around back to me and talk about myself a lot, but if I'm telling somebody something about me, and they start saying 'yeah I've done that' and then talks about themself, I get so annoyed and try and cut their story short if I've not finished what I'm saying but don't allow people to cut my story short when I'm doing the exact same thing.

If one person says "I'm not" then I'll punch you.

Exactly the same as you with regards to talking about yourself thing, but I'm aware of it and have calmed down now :bigsmile:

I also claim to be semi religious but I'm quite selective about the rules I follow :laugh:

I also throw around the accusation of "you always have to be right" quite a lot then that just about sums me up.

I don't like arguments but I'm argumentative. I don't like bitching but I do it. I don't like arrogance but I am it. I don't like snobbery but I am a snob. I don't like smokers but then I'll smoke a fag randomly.

Oh I'm aware of it, I just can't help it ... it will sound really arrogant of me but when some people talk to me, they just don't interest me whatsoever, whereas I'd love to hear a story about me :laugh: I think with me being such an interesting person, I like to ramble on about myself ... a lot :wink:

I'm EXACTLY the same.
I find myself relating whatever the conversation is back to me.
Yet if I'm talking about myself in some way, and someone else does it, I'm like "Yeah.. but we're talking about me"

I don't even realize I do it.
