Producers plan to call Victor to the bedsit later for a private meeting with Emma away from the other housemates.

The pair will be urged to settle their differences following the furious row in which they threatened to kill each other and had to be pulled apart.

If they agree, Emma will be allowed back into the house.

She spent a second night locked away in the bedsit as producers ignored her pleas to be let out.

Meanwhile, the Big Brother eviction has been cancelled in the wake of Thursday's drunken brawl.

Bosses want to calm the atmosphere in the house and believe an eviction would unsettle the housemates even further.

Vanessa and Dan have not yet been told of the last-minute developments and still believe one of them will leave the house.

The eviction has been postponed until next Friday, when the same two housemates will be put to the viewer vote.

A Big Brother spokeswoman said: "We want to let the housemates continue to work through their differences rather than be faced with an eviction."

Yeah and if one agree's and the other doesn't where does that leave the one that is still bearing a grudge. :spin2:

Has one to remain in the bedsit even if it's the one that agree's!!!!!

Are we going to see this 'private' meeting then?

I wonder if they are ever going to be able to have a normal eviction on this year's show.

Lol james!

I wonder what would happen if emma agrees and victor doesn't? would that mean victor would have to stay in the bedsit or would emma after stay?

emma is willing to be civil to victor, but its clear victor doesnt want anything to do with her!

Emma might be saying that she is willing to be civil to him, but I am not convinced that she would be capable of sticking to that promise as she is too volatile.

true. especially towards someone like victor who is clearly not going to give a chance!

There's absolutely no chance of them being in the house together, especially as Victor's mood is so volatile.

As is he though. I think they both won't be able to sit and talk calmly about the events in the house. I think one needs to leave and I feel it should be Emma but, as I have said on another thread, not because I dislike her but for her own sanity.

Things in that house would be all the better if Emma never came back. She brings the worst out in people, she is the catalyst for trouble and she is too thick and too volatile to be trusted. Look at last week when she was not in there people like Marco and Vctor were getting along fine as were Jason and Nadia. When she came back in this all turnt around and havoc was caused. She totally annoys Victor and Jason, she brings out the worst in Marco and Nadia and to some extent Michelle. This therefore made them be the way they behaved and brought out the worst in Vanessa and made shell sick. SHE SHOULD NEVER COME BACK!

I think part of the problem with Emma is that there is no way she is going to be able to handle the information that she saw in the bedsit, if she goes back in the house.

A lot of the build-up to the fight seemed to involve her making snidey comments that quoted things she had heard Victor or Jason say.

I wouldn't like to have been in that situation myself, overhearing what other people said about me. But Michelle seems to have dealt with it a lot more maturely (never thought I'd compliment Michelle!). I think the thing is that there's obviously more went on that night than we saw or know about with Emma. If she goes for her own good, then fair enough.

I am not sure that it will be possible for them 2 to live in harmony - it will certainly be worth keeping an eye on though :elephant:

I agree kaphc, I think that if Emma was to go back into the house it would cause more trouble. I too thought that Michelle handled herself pretty well and I have warmed to her a little ssince she returned to the house - something I thought I would never do. She's no longer on the bottom of my list of housemates
