I'm sure we usually hear about the task the day before saturday on BBLB and the friday night show well usually the name of the task any how. Perhaps tonights task is for Victor and Emma to not argue for half an hour in the bedsit?

BB challenge cancelled after brawl

Big Brother bosses have postponed the live challenge as the repercussions of this week's brawl continued to be felt.

Viewers will see highlights from Friday's events in the house instead of the regular weekly task.

The scheduled eviction had already been axed in order to calm the housemates following their drunken fight.

A psychologist working for the programme's back room staff quit the show following the brawl while police said they would look into the incident.

Dippy Emma remained cut off from the rest of the group in the adjoining bedsit after she was at the centre of the mass bust-up on Thursday,

Trouble erupted after she and Michelle were re-introduced into the main house days after the other contestants thought the pair had been evicted.

Producers now plan a one-to-one meeting between Emma and brash Londoner Victor to resolve their differences after they clashed during the incident.

But there was no indication about when this might happen as a spokesman said bosses were "playing it by ear" as to how to proceed.

He said the meeting between Victor and Emma had not happened as yet and there were no immediate details about when Emma would be brought back into the house.

The spokesman said psychologists had been "constantly monitoring" the show and advising bosses how to proceed.

I didn't really think there'd be a task tonight, what with the unease between Jay, Victor, Vanessa, Nadia and Marco. I wonder if that meeting between Emma and Victor is ever gonna happen, or if they're both being evicted...

So many different stories going the rounds. Another one is that Emma has been payed off with a compensation of £50,000 plus her fee for her story to the News of the world.

Another one that her mother has collected her at 4-30 this afternoon. And of course the one that she will re-enter in tonights show instead of a task.

All these moles in the BB production team. seems to me they are sending out differing red herrins to catch the mole......:spin2:

From the official website.......................

Farewell Friend

The House descended into silence this evening after the gang were informed Emma would not be returning.

In his role as Big Brother messenger, Daniel called the group together and - after waiting patiently for them to assemble - read loud from the laminate he'd been issued with in the Diary Room.

This is what it said:

"Big Brother appreciates that following last Wednesday's events, the group remaining in the house have resolved many of their issues. However, Big Brother is concerned that Emma's return may increase the risk of a repeat incident.

"Big Brother does not think Emma is any more to blame for the events of Wednesday night anyone else, but believes that this is the best course of action to ensure the welfare and safety of all the housemates.

"Emma would like to pass on the following message... Hi everyone, love you loads. Hope to see you soon. Lots of love and snogs, Em."

Reactions from the Bedsit babe's fellow harem members were predictable as Marco, Michelle and Nadia looked sad and thoughtful. The other housemates sat in respectful silence before the group split to contemplate the announcement
