Neck pain

I have the worst neck pain ever.

I slept funny on Friday and all weekend its been KILLING me, and it still is.

I cant move it at all, and I looked like a right plonker at work.

Does anyone know anything that helps neck cramp?
Ive tried resting it and it made it worse. Ive taken pain killers and its made it worse.

Oh and just to make matters worse I have an ulcer again and some mother fudger of a spot on my chin :| grr

Um, no I dont really know what it could be, but I hate it when that happens, usually they go away with me though. If its their in a few days maybe ask a doctor?

Chris are you stressed recently? It can cause spots and ulcers, and even tension in muscles which would also explain the neck pain. Long term, look into ridding of what is causing you stress - and also doing more things you enjoy that will make you happy.

Short term, do you have any heat spray or gel to apply to your neck? If you don't... try getting a hot water bottle or something and holding it to your neck. Also, rub the muscle.

I had that once and school was HELL for two days. I couldn't turn my neck left or right and had to look straight forward. It will pass soon enough.

LOL ohhh. But seriously, I can't believe you've had it ALL weekend. :| When ever I wake up with a bad neck, its usually gone within the day.

I hope it aint serious. I went biking yesterday and couldnt even turn round, I couldnt exercise at all yesterday either. Meant to be going biking today aswell. Grr this stupid neck is fricking up my week.

Try a warm towel around your neck as well, heat is really good for neck pain.
