The reason they're holding back could be something to do with having to deal with OFCOM concerning health and safety. I think BB would like to return her to the house, but the matter may be out of their hands.

No they are not as bad as each other. No where near so. if you look at the nature of the rules broken by both. Victor's is far worse. Jason's rule breaking is far worse than Emma's.

There was also slapping from Venessa to Nadia. Why is it Emma has to be a villain deserving eviction when half the house has behaved worse than she.

Emma was primed by BB itself into her highly strung state. Victor was only primed by his own evil and stupid personality.

Victor has already broken enough rules for BB to give him his third warning. Why have they not done so...:devil:

I think you may well be right. Or the police investigation is not concluded so there would be no piont in putting her back only for the police wanting to question her......

If the have to wait for ofcom then I don't think she will go back in at all. That slow grinding over loaded piece of machinery will take far to long to come to a conclusion.

no offence to emma but she reacts overtop the top to everything. Victor just acts like he is not if u understand what i mean. It would be good to get emma bk in the house but her mental in my views dont know about any one else but she is lossing it and if she goes back in she could do something she regrets aswell as bigbrother. From another i want to know whether or not bigbrotheer is finishing on friday or not. I hope it isn't its just got really intresting.

Well. If you listen to Victor in the diary room (Do you have E4 to watch diary room uncut?) You can see that Victor from the word go had lost any sense of mental stability. Complete nutter probably with a piece of paper to prove it.

well if the police think emma should go then bb shpuld kick out victor to hes broken so many rules. i think they may be scared of evisting him because of his colour and the fact he plays up to the big hard black guy sterotype and he wud play on it to make channel 4 look bad.

im not beong racisist if it seems it i just dont no how to explain it other than the way i have.

Why on earth would Big Brother be "scared" of evicting Victor? One needs to retain some notion of the context of Big Brother, it is afterall just a gameshow. If at their discretion Big Brother had decided to evict both Emma and Victor then it would have been fine.

I feel that the people at BB have taken the right decision in evicting only Emma because she was the major destabilising force in the house and obviously she had cracked up. She had taken things a step too far and she deserves what she gets.

Victor on the other hand has compromised and he isn't destabilising the house. His mental state is fine. If he crosses the line then he should also be evicted as Emma has, but Victor has more sense than Emma so far in the show.

I'm no fan of Victor, but I do think you are completely correct in your summing up here nigra. I've said several times that I think BB made completely the right decision to get rid of Emma, and I think your description of her as 'the major destabilising force' is very accurate.

It seems to me that there is one rule for one housemate and a completely different rule for the others. By evicting Emma she is seen to be the villian of the piece. However I do think if she had gone back in there would have been carnage.
