well i would not sit there like rex and go on about them he must no its that bad, there is good chefs out there but many bad ones aswell looks like rex is a bad one

Executive Chef (as Rex would point out)

As much as I love the guy, Rex should really just stop talking about his bloody restaurants. Being head chef =/= skills in cooking.

Maaany places with afwul head-chefs that bring down the whole restaurant.
