I think he's been given a major confidence setback in the house. In the beginning he was very articulate and expressed his point very well.

However, after being "bullied"(for want of a better word) by what he perceived as the popular team - he barely spoke much.

Ah wow, I forgot about that actually.
Which shows how good he actually is - if I thought it was his first language.

For a second language his english is perfect, I think it is the environment he's in now!

BTW I'm not criticising him, I really feel for him when he is tongue tied!
