Brian’s recorded a single!

Even though it’s nearly been a year since Brian Belo became the winner of Big Brother 8, we’ve still got a soft spot for the dappy ex-housemate. So when we found out that Bri had been into a recording studio we were curious to hear what he’d been up to. Brian’s track – recorded with garage producers The Delinquents – is aptly titled Essex Boy, and it features Brian singing and rapping some of his famous catch phrases. Yes it’s cheesy, but we reckon it’s fun in a novelty summer anthem kind of way, and it’s waaaay better than Chanelle’s pop record because Brian’s obviously not taking himself too seriously. We’ve got a clip of Brian performing live, as well as a sound clip of the track (just so you can hear the hilarious lyrics properly). So what do you think, is Brian set to become an international pop star?

I havnet even listened to it, but heatworld are just the biggest bitchy, idiot bullies on the internet. I cant stand them. They are horrible.

When Chanelle was on heat radio they were praising her, and saying she was such a good singer, and then they carry on saying how much they hate her.

Chanelle can ACTUALLY sing! Thats what frustrates me. Grrr.

Brian, legend. Best and most deserving winner ever. You know he is just havin' a laugh and he can can take the piss of himself. Chanelle actually thought she could sing, which she cannot. He doesnt take it too seriously - yet, it's still a million times better then Chanelle's effort. Although, none of them are gonna be winning any awards soon :L

It's like a gorilla found a microphone and took an entire group of partiers hostage. They were probably being encouraged to yell. When he said "Oh yeah, oh yeah" the first time around, it sounded like a bored woman on anaesthestic trying to sing. Just horrific. I still stand by my opinion that Brian is the most undeserving winner of Big Brother - or any reality television show - ever.
