Victor after the fight would be the main evil housemate, however, Jason seems to be angry all the time since then and he is starting to get on my nerves.
It may be the way it is editted but i think Jason needs to lighten up now.
Everyone else is trying to put the fight behind them accept him.

Marco - he's vile and loathsome. He takes great delight in causing trouble but then refuses to take any responsibilty for what happens. He's a coward, egging people on but then running away and hiding behind his friends when trouble actually starts.

Marco is absolutely pathetic. He cries about everybody being fake and two-faced. And then goes about being the most two-faced man (although, as the wise Victor pointed out - they are all doing this, it's a game, it's how you win). Marco then cries when Ahmed is honest to his face and says he can't stand him. Marco is vermin.

I suspect Jason is the most evil - he has realised that Victor is a big mouthed bully and is pulling his strings to make him do the dastardly deeds.

When faced with a violent situation it is always wisest to take out the ringleader first - and 'buttocks Mary' would be the obvious choice. Victor would either run a mile (bullies are usually cowards) or fold at the first blow to his over-ample beerbelly
