Kat & Rachel; Dale & Darnell's is genuine aswell but it won't last for long after the house. Rex & Mo won't get on out of the house either, they are totally different people and 'hang' with different crowds.

Yeah everyone else seem to have superficial relationships, exempli gratia Luke and Rebecca who seem to be doing it to get more airtime.
