Please listen to what Darnell really says!!!! In the Diary room he admited he was nominating in a tactical way. Why would you be bothered with tactics if you were not after the prize money.That's fine thats what they are all there for. However he is now going round trying to convince people he is not after the £100,000. All I know is what I hear and see, no one can read minds. And Luke seems a whole lot more concerned with the prize money than Darnell. Of course Darnell wants it, they all do, but Luke seems to be narrating this story of everyone viciously backstabbing for the 100,000 but no one else is falling in line with his narrative except for Luke himself.

to be honest i think all he went in there for was because of the £100k so he could win it and then start a career off with it with one of his many talents he has.
i hate darnel and cant understand why you all like him he tried to get bex and failed then got jealous and started hating her and now he doesnt like luke because he got bex and he thinks hes looking like the loser in the publics eye.
He is always sucking upto kat because he thinks she is very popular and he cant find a way to make her look bad because shes got a good gameplan too.

Darnell liked Bex to begin with, but then went off her when he realised what she was about. Whilst many of her fans may remain, because they think she adds a lot to the house, I don't think the same can be said for the other housemates in there. She must be difficult to live with and doesn't really get on with anyone else (bar perhaps Luke), and even they keep having the odd tiffs. Basically, she may be good to watch for a lot of viewers, but that doesn't necessarily mean her fellow housemates have to like her. Seeing her ups and downs/childish behaviour must put them off a great deal.

And he doesn't come across as the biggest gameplayer; that would be Luke, and what's worse is that people are cottoning on to it so either he isn't doing a good job, or it's backfiring. Darnell calls things as he sees them, which is good primarily because he doesn't worry about who he may offend in the process. He knows what he's talking about and I respect him for not holding back when it comes to his views, no matter who he is talking to. For example, he has pointed out things he disagrees with as far as Kat is concerned numerous times, yet she has chosen to respect those views - as a result, I would hardly say he is sucking up to her. Darnell doesn't need anybody in there apart from himself.

People - both the public and housemates - can speculate all they want, but I do believe that to an extent Darnell is in there for the experience. He has been through a lot and saw BB as a stepping stone to starting over, and fair play to him. Finally, 'hate' is a strong word in any case, but particularly for a housemate on BB - i.e. a person we don't know personally and cannot suss on a gameshow alone.

I just think you're all falling for Luke's DR storyline that certain HMs are merciless gameplayers, and not basing this off an any actual observation of Darnell.

Just like Mikey, SOMEONE has to be friends with Kat...and whoever it is gets stuck with a gameplayer card. And since Darnell is a current favorite to win, isn't it the others that would be gameplaying by getting close to him? I think an easier explanation is that Rachel, Kat, Mo, Rex & friends are simply more chill and easier for Darnell to get along with.

The only people I've heard Darnell slag off are Bex & Luke...I've heard Luke slag off about everyone in the house. I like them both, but Luke is clearly the gameplayer. And don't give me the "Luke's being more real" BS because he certainly isn't saying it to anyone's face.
