Hi,
I was wondering could someone help me put something on a bebo skin I am making. I am using paint.net and it does not support gif images and I want to put a moving disco ball on my skin

here is the picture I want it on

I would like the disco ball to be the left near the top also the picture can not be over 40k size

also could you write Britneys back B!tch in red writing somewhere on the pic to the right
