I had a MySpace account then I deleted it. Now I wan to create a new one but it won't let me it is saying that I am illegible to register.

Yeah, then change it to your main email address in the account settings after your myspace has been set up.

Perhaps they discovered (somehow? Maybe via contacting your isp?) that you're under 14?
