Most of the housemates were in the garden, including Rachel, and Dale was sitting on the fence that divides the house into Heaven and Hell. But Big Brother announced "Housemates are reminded not to sit on the fence" referring to Dale but everyone laughed and pointed at Rachel because she is known to be 'sitting on the fence' metaphorically speaking. So it was really funny.
