Around the forums, they dont know exactly why but here are the 3 possibilities:

1. Has jumped over the fence to heaven side.
2. Asked Hms to put him up for eviction
3. Spoke about how his friend met Kat in the aufition process.

Which one is true?

19:52: Stuart says he has to go to jail for saying he wants to be nominated. The housemates open the garden door and Hell scream as they see Heaven has a barbecue and water soakers. Heaven are celebrating and Big Brother tells the housemates to shut the garden door immediately. Stuart goes to jail.

Not sure. Bear in mind that the update said:

...Stuart says he has to go to jail for saying he wants to be nominated.

Maybe he's lying.

I heard on another forum that he actually said to someone that his friend saw Kat in the auditions and that he met Kat too before.

I guess we'll have to wait til we hear what BB said to him in the diary room before we can be sure.

Cool. I thought it was aggainist the rules to influence other peoples nominations but not if your influencing them so you are up.

But when was this? Yesterday or today?
