A VICIOUS bug swept through the Big Brother house last night.

Five housemates felt ill with either dizziness or diarrhoea.

Poorly Luke has been bed-ridden all week after being the first to get struck down with the nasty illness.

And now run-down housemates Stu, Bex, Sara and Belinda seem to be ailing.

Stu spent half an hour on the loo yesterday with a severe dose of diarrhoea and was also feeling sick. Exhausted Bex felt dizzy and nauseous and even COLLAPSED on her way to the Diary Room because she was feeling so weak.

Sara also complained about being “delirious” while Belinda feared she would “pass out”.

The group were shattered by this week’s gruelling French-themed cycle task.

And doctors were last night on emergency stand-by to combat the Big Brother bug.

It must be the water because it is only the hell housemates that are feeling unwell. And Lisa has escaped it, she might get it in a few days.

Lisa is quite a healthy person and she's a healthy weight, so that might have saved her from catching the bug. But, I'd have thought Stu would be ok also, because he's quite a healthy person too.

Are they all using the same eating utensils?

The group were shattered by this week’s gruelling French-themed cycle task.

And doctors were last night on emergency stand-by to combat the Big Brother bug.

Producers were even preparing to rush housemates for treatment as they did with Chanelle Hayes last year.

The 19-year-old was whisked away under a blanket after complaining of severe stomach pains.

She received emergency treatment from a specialist before returning to the show.

Big Brother bosses say they could be forced to do the same again if the bug gets any worse. It comes as the group were left shattered by a hellish cycling challenge which saw them go without sleep and food as they covered 520 miles between them on two bikes.

Stu, Bex and Luke were suffering so badly yesterday afternoon that they were forced to go back to bed to sleep it off.

Politics student Luke was the first to fall victim to the bug earlier this week. BB docs put him on a heavy course of medication in a bid to make him feel better.

But yesterday his head was still “throbbing” as he did his best to celebrate his 21st birthday.

Come on, this is hell and the housemates in hell should be suffering, being ill, suffering injuries and lots of pain and suffering with no relief from any doctors. And BB should make things worse for them, and the heavenly housemates should rub it in.

Hell is a place of eternal torment, and the people in there deserve to be in there and should have not pity on them.

If they continue to have HoH, only heavenly housemates should get a vote and a chance to stand. Only Heavenly housemates should nominate and they should be immune. When evicted, Hell housemates should not even get to see Davina, they should just be whisked away and not allowed to do any photoshoots afterwards.

Come on that's what we want

isn't it?

The way some go one, that seems to be the case :nono:

I don't really think suffering their health when it's in need is what hell is supposed to be. Big Brother is supposed to care for it.

I think they were aiming more towards revoked privileges than forcing housemates to remain ill.

They could have fooled me!

The way this bug targeted the housemates in hell should have been a wake up call, but then C4 / Endemol never seem to take the concept of "Duty of Care" seriously from what I have seen over the years, right back to BB2 when it could be argued that they played fast an loose with someone, not even in the house, but that is ancient history.

Even in the US, in one day the BB they ran there saw two contestants collapse because of nutrition or lack of it.

Since the bike was causing bruising to some people as it was not adjustable, that was a health and safety violation in my book, but then the housemates are in hell and must be put through physical pain.

Remember the electrocution task anyone?

Someone needs to be washing their hands after they've used the bathroom, before they even touch food or make cups of tea!
