Award System Qu [resolved]

'kay.
So I was just browsing.
&saw the little member awards thing.
&I wanted to know what they won it for.
&pressed the lil' question mark thingy beside it.

So I was scrolling down,
and at the bottom,
it said
"Award System Hack
Modified by Warrior and Comicraft
Updated by WormHole and GuldantheWarlock"

I don't know what it is or anything, just thought I'd bring it to attention :\

Hacks are things that are installed onto a forum, like an add-on. When you install an XMB forum, it doesn't have extras like awards, avatar galleries, chat etc. So you install 'hacks' which are made by people onto the forum.

Those are the people who made the award system feature. They then released for people to use on XMB, and put that there as a sort of 'copyright'.
