This is the ninth series? Everyone has watched it before. What makes someone think 'yeah, I'll try for that!'
I'm baffled. Especially Rachel, Rex, Mario and Lisa, etc, people who, apparently, had lives before.
anyone know?
£100,000 surely not enough to compensate for public humiliation

Fame, experiance, making the most out of life, money, new friends, a sort of rehab, a challenge...
Probably alot more I can't think of.

Money, fame, experaince. I think more so the money, I don't blame anyone in BB wainting fame or money from going into BB. What an easy way to make money, anyone would want to do it.

i would go for the experience and the challenge, its potentially really difficult and weak people cant last
e.g chanelle, lesley...

so why is the worst crime a housemate can commit being too much interested in fame or money?

Because honestly, most of us see Big Brother as a social experiment, not a show full of people who just want to appear on it long enough to state their name, leave, and then expect to make tons of money off of it.

Not a crime at all, but people will not take to kindly to the hangers on of a cheap celeb lifestyle based on being simply well known.
Not all go down this route, and the more respected HM who do well are often the type the show was designed intially for.
The ordinary man/woman in the show for the life experience and concept of the game show i.e. being able to have good reliable charecter in living indivudually and as a team member who can best lead and follow.
The first winner Craig and the last winner of BB Brian, are great examples of good HM's who enjoyed the experience first and foremost with the former well supported for a career outside the house. Anthony Hutton, and Nadia too were two other good examples of HM entering to enjoy the challenge rather than beg for a cheap and completely unqualified celebrity career as nobodies.

point being, LUKE TO WIN!!! lol ... he's only in it for the money, clearly, but he has no idea what a funny darling he is, and how much more money he'll win in the future, from this chance to let everyone see him.
Don't get me wrong ... half the time, I could hit Luke, for his silly gossipping and bitching ... but he's only 21, and he has such a hilarious turn of phrase, and way of seeing things, that I think he is this year's BB discovery.
So ...
