can someone explain them to me

i have had 2 out of 3, when do you get a clean slate or do you not?

so if i get another one am i banned for life?

Not for life people have gone to about 5. 3 warnings is banned for a week, I think.

You don't get a clean slate, but provided you break no more rules you're fine.

You can go beyond 3 if they've all been small, but then you're treading extremely carefully.
