I would suspect BB got wind of everybody finding out early who was up for eviction so they instructed the camera to zoom in all over the place. They can easily edit it later to zoom in on the actual nominees for the highlights show.

I can't see Bex escape being nominated this week. It was a close shave last week. She has too many enimies on the "big bore hypocrites" side. Along with Maysoon who is a little stuck up and does not like Bex's broadminded character...Rex also could turn on Bex....Kat, Mo and Darnell will for certain...So Bex could easily get 5 nominations.

Rex's noms is unknown as there was an ad break. I dont know Stu's as it panned around everyone in the Luxury BD so I doubt the nom cam was working because I doubt he nominated Bex or Luke., but I have a prediction for Rex's.
When Heaven side finished nominating it looked like this:
