Meaning behind the eye

I know everyone thinks there isnt one... but a good coincidence I noticed was...
When Dale was decided if heaven get the treats or hell. There was a circle of people in black and only dale in red. Does the eye mean HoH? It was literally the BB eye but in people haha.
So there is meaning behind it...

good observasion, and also the button on the luxary jail in the garden is like the bb eye, it has white lights then a line of red lights, just like the eye

I thought before the series started that the red part of the eye represented HOH
I also noticed it on tonights highlights and was thinking the same

Darnell pointed out the other week how the carpets in the bedrooms match the eye logo. The broken up red triangle in B-block points to the red circle in the middle of the luxury bedroom.
