What in your opinion makes a good member. Like what qualities or attributes do they have to have?

Someone who isnt a bully. Theres to many of them.
Also people who get involved in discussions, debates and not resort to immaturity. Which is why I am not a perfect member

People who don't form cliques, because it usually leads to bullying.
A member who doesn't jump popularity bandwagons, especially at others expense.
Members who follow rules, whilst still putting their opinion across.

Somebody who can spell. Seriously, not trying to be mean, but alot of new people have a lot of difficulty spelling.
Someone who dignifies their opinion and isn't biased on their housemates.
Someone who doesn't try act hard and insult people
Someone who doesn't repeat their point putting "Dale is a dickhead" for example in every single post.
Someone friendly and up for a chat. (Hint hint) :)

I like funny people, so that's a biggie for me. I like people to be nice but not frightened to back their opinions and stuff. Like others have said i hate bullies and I hate trolls.
I think that's it really as long as your fun, funny, nice and get involved then your alright by me!

How about:
Members that have read and understood the rules.
Members that create interesting topics and polls
Members that post more than a single word or a smilie in threads.
Members that discuss a topic and give reasons for their posts.
Members that that don't swear and/or use text speech
Members that that don't post with the caps lock key stuck on.
Members that post new topics in the right part of the forum so people can find what they post.
Members that don't resort to insults because someone has a different opinion.
Members that have a sense of fun and humor.
Members that create good debate.
and a lot more if I had time to think of them

Humor for me. You have to be able to have a laugh with others and at yourself.
Also to be able to respect others opinions, a lot of new members seem to be incapable of respecting others and calling them names or saying they're "vile" just because they like someone that they don't!

Members who make everyone feel a part of the board
Members who remain neutral in debates and won't pick arguments or insult others.

Members who despite a laff a row, and insult or a backslap from time to time are at the end of the day caring for one another.
So many Ive noticed here no matter what they think will help each other out and its that caring that makes a great member, and there are so many fabulous people and members here.

Members who dont take things seriously or have the forum as one of their number one recreational activitys..............
Someone who respects who your fave housemates are and dont keep shoving into your face their opinion over and over again. It is a mild form of bullying and I dont like it.
I think respect is a large percentage of what makes a good member.
