Karma?

Could someone explain to me what goes on with Karma, who can plus and minus it and anything else I need to know?
Because I tried to plus someone's Karma and it said I couldn't and it didn't say why.

I think you have to have a certain amount of posts before you can karma someone. But anyone with that amount of posts can karma someone.
Thats why alot of people take it off, because some people can abuse it, but as long as your nice there should be no reason you will get minus :)

You need 100 posts to be able to use the karma system.
