In an a dull article on how Dannii is set to crack Amercia using her boobs  The Sun says X Facotr will be back on August 16th.

Meanwhile, ITV’s X Factor returns to UK screens on August 16.

It was August 18th last year. So that means it should be August 20th.

EDIT: Checked calendar August 16th sounds right. 20th is a Wednesday.

I agree. But wait... they have the auditions first for the first 5-6 weeks or something so by the time the audition parts end, BB will be finished, which is good. The audition shows dont clash with BB because they normally are on at 6:30-8 or something like that.

We have nothing to worry about, the result show are normally on at 9 but by the time it gets to that stage of the competition, it would be mid-late September and BB would be finished.

It wont clash with Big Brother
X Factor has a much earlier time lot, it could help Big Brother because it audience might stay around to watch Big Brother

Was only thinking about the X Factor the other day whilst watching some clips from last series, and I thought it would be starting soon in August.

Not long to go then!

Rex Features
Dannii Minogue has started making plans to crack America after signing up with a top US talent agency.

The Aussie pop star has become a client of the William Morris Agency, which also represents Simon Cowell and Britney Spears.

Sources have suggested that Minogue wishes to extend her television career following her success as a judge on The X Factor and Australia's Got Talent.

One insider told The Sun: "Dannii has the body, the hair, the teeth - and the boobs to make it in America. I would not be surprised to see her on a big show by next year."

Minogue's X Factor commitments are expected to keep her busy for the rest of the year. The show returns to ITV1 on August 16.

I haven't seen it yet and I have been watching alot of ITV1 lately, they usually advertise it alot

Dermot's lost weight ... not a fan of that advert.

I heard this years X Factor isn't going to be taking itself so seriously and the advert kind of reflects that. I hope it doesn't turn into something really cheesy ...

Last years was a lot better, edited together a lot better as well

I just saw it too, it's not good compared to last years but it's still exciting to see an advert for it.

I think theres a couple of adverts flying around ... I seen the one before Corrie or Emmerdale or something (I've forgot which) and it was different to the one posted on here, it had the results show entrance music all the way through it
