So let me get this straight; you just want to sit around watching nice, non-judgemental people 'being themselves'? I think you're missing the point of Big Brother a bit. Luke was a classic housemate and everyone knows it.

Yes he's definitely classic. Everyone will remember what a sly, bitchy and boney sack of crap he was.

At least he had a bit of realism about him. When there was the massive thing where all the housemates were constantly talking about how 'real' they were, and how if they have a problem with somebody they'll just go and say it straight to their face (complete bullshit) he went into the diary room and cut through all the crap - 'Yes, Big Brother, if I've got a problem with someone, I'll come in here and say it behind their back!' Genius!

So lets get this straight a house full of Lukes would have been fantastic entertainment with everyone sitting round waiting for someone to cough so the other 15 could rush to the diary room to moan about it.
Everyone would half heartedly take part in a task just in case the others thought they were showing off for air time.
Dare ANYONE say anything positive at all least of all to thier face as that would nake you a complete outcast, and all would live on a piece of bread and sip water like Steve Davies in his scintalating hey day.
A housefull of Lukes would have meant just one thing increasing not viewer ratings but reports of suicide IMO Luke lasted 8 weeks to long a bore I can take but a miserable whinging skinny squarking puny little scrag like that waste of space made Maysoon look like flaming Rambo.

Yeah....a house full of 15 of any person would probably be pretty dull. What's your point? When I say someone was a good housemate it doesn't mean I want to see a house full of only that person. It means that the BB house was more interesting with the inclusion of an intelligent, charming and witty guy with a fatal inclination to total bitchiness and conspiracy theorising.

My point was just the precise opposite of yours, not wanting a house full of non judgemental people to one of judgemental people with Luke being a prime example.
A good HM is the exact opposite of Luke, thats not oppinion thats fact, thats why he was nominated as he wasnt a good HM.
A good HM, someone you live with is someone who contributes to the place, someone cheerful, positive, with a good attitude.
Luke was the exact opposite to these and coupled with his failures at tasks, did he pass any of them?
His crowning moment of complete Jerkhood was volanteering for HOH depriving someone of having a decent go at it.
He then makes a typical speach of negatives then caps it all by voting for another candidate, what was the point of that?
He then had a go at Rebecca for lasting just 4 minutes at her attempt a week later, well it was 4 minutes longer than voting against yourself wasnt it?
Luke was everything a HM should not be, he may of made your day brighter, but if you had to live with him, you'd only be kidding yourself if you thought Luke would be "great" company as a HM should be.

Well yeah I probably wouldn't want to live with him but we're talking BB housemates, not weighing up who would actually be a good real life housemate. But it's a fair point that he's negative, and I think that ultimately he wouldn't have won even if he'd stayed till the end because although it's entertaining, people in the end don't actually like negativity; they like interesting people with a certain amount of bitchiness but a generally positive attitude, which is why I think someone like Lisa or Stuart could end up winning.

Well no worries I wasn't trying to be unpleasant or anything. But notice I said 'could' not 'should'. Luke forever!!!
Just kidding. I think I probably want Lisa to win out of everybody. But I still think that people like Luke, Rex, Alexandra, Dennis etc. make BB what it is.
