I'd say Rachel, as she gets on with anyone who gives her a chance and secondly because despite what Rex has said to Rachel she does still give him a chance(and if Nicole has been watching she will know that Rachel isnt fake when it comes to bonding with people for real).
This may make the difference between them and whilst all leave the couple alone, Rachel may be the 'best' friend Nicole has, it also depends on Nicole's attitude towards Kat, whom is Rachel's best friend in the house.
