Why are my threads being removed?

They aren't removed, but usually moved to their correct subforums. It would have been better if you U2Ud one of us or posted in Suggestions & Help - so thread moved. It helps us clear up the site if you post a thread in the correct subforum, e.g. a housemate subforum, to begin with.

Moderators are neutral.

I have not removed any of your posts, or anything. However, I just did a search on your name and the last few topics you posted are still there.

I assume you must have posted them in the general BB9 section and another moderator has moved them to the respective housemate subsections.
