What's the point?
The public don't want her in there because she was evicted.
She'd only have been decent for a few weeks before being kicked out if she had survived.
She wouldn't win, and housemates that go back in are always a bad idea.

How do you know she would only have been decent for a few weeks? Not all the housemates are like Dennis.

On a fairness level she was screwed over by the task and could have been an alright housemate. If she would have stayed she would have gone by now anyway.

Steph is beautiful and funny, and could have been a really memorable housemate, if she'd been allowed to stay ..
