View Full Version : Sara is a flirt- Darnell read it the wrong way

Sara is a natural flirt. Some people are and they can't help that.

Sara has flirted with all the men in the house, and sometimes the women, they haven't tried to jump into bed with her.

Darnell completely read it the wrong way and will now use it as an excuse to feel sorry for himself a bit more.

People are giving Sara a hard time but they can't see the bigger picture here.

Answer me a question honestly, had it been the other way around would people be feeling sorry for Sara and vilifying Darnell for it? I think not.

It's not so much the flirting and her knocking him back- that just shows she isn't that aware of how she comes across to others. It was the comment she made to him that I thought was a bit unfair.

She's a skank. It was inevitable she'd flirt with the wrong guy and he'd take it seriously. She'd better watch out becasue she'll end up with a reputation.

What was the comment made? And its not as simple as just seeing how you come across to others, some people just are natural flirts and it can lead into bad situations without people realising ... and yes I am speaking from experience here :joker:

If Darnell had been the one harmlessly flirting with all the females in the house (without realising, bit of fun etc) and Sara got the wrong message and was knocked back, would you feel sorry for Sara and think he was going to get a reputation? Something tells me that wouldn't be the case in the bigger picture ... she'd be the one getting the reputation for reading messages wrong.

But she flirts A LOT! And she's quite blatent and obvious about it. I don't blame darnell at all for trying his chances. But her saying he was 'scaring' her? Was that really necessary?

She could have just said no.

I would. Doesn't matter to me if it's a man or woman doing it. Why should it?

I remember when she told Mikey she'd 'give him a feel' as she was dressed in one of the task outfit. For me, that crossing the line from honest innocent flirting into something a bit more sinister.

Darnell read it the wrong way yes, but that's not to say he's using it as an excuse to feel sorry for himself. You're right there's nothing wrong in flirting, as long as you don't go overboard. At the same time there's nothing wrong with feeling bummed out when you realise someone who you thought liked you doesn't and was only using you. We are all human after all.

To answer question, yes they would.

She could have just said no.

But maybe she felt that way and didn't intend it to be like that? She could have just said no but that isn't really 'getting rid' of someone for good or trying to give them the right message ...

We might think shes being blatant about her flirting but when you're the one doing that its really not as obvious as you might think.

But if she's going to flirt that way, she can't blame some men for getting the wrong idea. He left as soon as she said she wasn't interested, so what exactly is the problem here?

The only thing I found a bit uncalled for was her saying he scared her.

A bit uncalled for but people are blowing it way out of proportion. If he looked around a bit and seen she was doing it with practically everyone in the house (and lets face it locked in a room on her own she'd probably flirt with the carpet) then he shouldn't have got the wrong message. As I say, its not that simple to realise what you're doing if you flirt without realising especially if noone tells you you're doing it.

Well that's the only problem I had with it- that what she said was a bit uncalled for, but that's it. I don't blame Darnell at all- yeah he misread it, but that happens all the time and he wasn't pushy, he got the idea and left.

There's flirting which is fine, and then there's cock teasing which is what Sara does. I mean she wouldn't like it if I got her all horny, stuck my cock in her, pulled out after one thrust and ****ed off would she?
No

That thing in the spoiler tags is unnecessary and is irrelevant to the situation. Some people don't realise they are flirting so its unintentional and isn't supposed to cause any harm. Others can't grasp that mentality until its them that is doing it though ...

Might have been unnecessary but I aint in no mood to sugar coat nuffin, but it's the same principle. You've gotta be slightly naive if you think she doesn't know what she's doing, she's a 27 year woman not a teenager, she knows exactly what she's doing. I don't think she means to cause any harm but she's definately playing herself off the guys to gain an advantage, which is just damn right nasty in my opinion. Darnell is a fragile guy and she should know better.

for me the issue here is not her flirting... it's more like she did hurt Darnell just to find a reason to get close with Stu.... If she was truly scared of him... she can just go to another girl's bed.. that way it will not insult Darnell much as she did by jumping on another guy's bed... don't get me wrong I also like Sara and I still do... actually Darnell annoys me at times... but what she did was just really inconsiderate.

How is that crossing the line, and after some of the things Darnell has done in there, that seems like a mere blip on her radar compared to his.
