Rachel has left the Dairy Room wearing her new Lighter Belt.
"I like it," said Rachel, "it's nice."
She returned to the Living Area to tell Rex about her punishment.
"I have to be with you at all times," said Rachel, "when you want to light your cigarettes I have to light them."
"Oh no," groaned Rex.
Earlier Big Brother summoned Rachel to the Diary Room to explain her new task as Head of House.
"What are you gonna make me do?" asked Rachel.
"Big Brother is aware housemates do not have a working lighter for their cigarettes," said Big Brother, "and that housemates are using unorthodox means to fill their empty lighters. This contravenes more Health and Safety rules than Big Brother would care to list."
"Yep, very dangerous," said Rachel, "could blow the whole house up."
"As Head of House Big Brother is making you responsible for lighting all housemates' cigarettes," said Big Brother.
"Oh nooo!" said Rachel.
"Rachel," said Big Brother, "on the chair is a Lighter Belt. Anytime a housemate wants a cigarette you must pass them the lighter. You must ensure housemates only smoke in the designated areas."
Health and Safety? What would Mario say about all this?
