Not when the cat grows older. Eventually, it will pester and annoy the rabbit and it could become very stressed or even take a heart attack.

Its a 50/50 chance i would say, some cats learn and some cats dont. My cats never learnt everytime we got a kitten it would pester our elder cat and would make her very upset and she would hide under stools, we shouted every time but they always went back for more, our oldest cat minus the eldest eventually grew up and she completely ignored our eldest... but that took a few years. We gave our youngest away so we wil never find out if she would of calmed down.
Although, cats do calm down after about 2 years, its usually after they get neutered they calm down if not then quite soon after. Just like humans, cats mature after a while, they stop climing up curtains and jumping on and off tables after a while.
