I don't reckon Rex will walk if she leaves. He's been holidng it off for so long, he wouldn't just go, she would probablly tell him to stick it out to the end.

Rex would not walk if Nicole went, He's be annoyed and upset.
But at one point in the house he said "All I need, is to see my girlfriend, then i'll be fine"
He's seen her, so he'll cope for a few weeks.
