He might just have said that to mess with Victor's mind - he knows Victor is trying to figure his rivals out, to choose who he's going to nominate next.

Dan has always said he doesn't want to win - he went in the house to get media exposure instead (which is what they all want). He knows that there's no guarantee that the winner will have the best career afterwards - the only one who this has happened to has been Brian Dowling, and that was because of his personality. Saying that he wants to be in the final week, however - it still means he'll get exposure, but will avoid the nearly inevitable "poisoned chalice" of the winner.

I think he's being very clever there :thumbs:

What Dan said reminds me of Darius Danesh (another fave celeb of mine) when he was in the final 3 of Pop Idol. Darius didn't enter it to win, but to get the chance of being noticed. He was pleased to come third, and was quite relieved with it.

Dan is quite similiar to Darius in some ways, and this is one of them. As I've said before, Dan will probably be successful after BB5, whether he wins it or not.

really?? when i watched eforum today they said becki brought it up, but that was when she was talking to shell, dan etc.
