Torchwood and John Barrowman!

After watching both series of the brilliant Torchwood I've got to confess to harbouring a real crush on John Barrowman! :blush2: Is it so wrong?

Apparently John is also a singer but I've never heard anything of his - but I've read that Gary Barlow is writing a song for his new album so I might check it out... has anyone got any info or could shed some light?

Not such a fan of Torchwood myself however I'm a massive fan of Dr Who and I thought John's part and performance as an actor was excellent.

There is nothing wrong with having a crush on an actor, actress on tv. Many of us do. It's called "Dreaming" :tongue:

I never realised that he could sing. But I'm sure he will get noticed just because of his celebrity status. Not that he will make much money out of it. More like a one-hit-wonder or something.

You didnt know he sang? Wow. He is an absolutely massive star on west end, he has been in countless amounts of musicals. Thats the reason he is a Judge on ALW's Shows on BBC1.
And to add... he was singing way before he was famous, in fact his singing made him famous. He has released albums before, but the only people who really buy them are grannies and theatre goers. His last album was so bad... it was just full of rubbish covers.

I've got Another Side &Reflections from Broadway on CD, downloaded Grease and Aspects of ALW but I really wanna get Swings Cole Porter.

His last album was amazing.
He did pop covers because it's something new he's never done.
He doesn't want to be known as a singer so he doesn't want original songs but wants to show that he can sing to his newer wider younger audience [although i've liked him for like. years] so he did all covers.
He's releasing a new album of covers in December but has a brand new original song that Gary Barlow wrote for him.

&John Barrowman's my absolute idol.
I love him more than pretty much anyone else
&yeah, I've loved him, followed him, admired him and idolized him for years.

So yeahh.
If there's anything you wanna know about John Barrowman.
