Enough with the magazine deals

Besides the fans every single thing I've been reading on here about Bex and Luke have involved the words 'magazine deal'. And its driving me insane. People can actually genuinely like people without thinking about a magazine deal. Every single housemate is gonna get a magazine deal whether they have been in a couple or not. People in couples are generally largely disliked-Michelle,Nikki,Bex. There is really no non-personal advantage of being in a BB couple. People should stop being sooo cynical and saying every single thing that any BB couple is 'for the money'. They can be and usually are real and do have genuine feelings for each other. They would have to be awfully avaritious to get into a relationship just for a few quid from OK! magazine. Money does not buy happiness.

I have been thinking this for a couple of hours, mainly since everyone was hinting that Jennifer was at Dale's eviction for a magazine deal or to make money, I expect she was there because she wanted to be because Dale is a good friend of hers or her future boyfriend.

i think luke is definatly more genuine than bex....but i'm undecided about bex
and i think jen loved the attention and is now going to hang around dale because he will have his week or so of fame

I would go on, but not for the money (I'd never win), but because it looks like a laugh and gives me something different to do with my summer. and means I can have a whole summer off without having to work or pay rent. Oh that would be sweet. lol.

I think people would have more respect for "couples" if they stayed out of the limelight. When they are all over the magazines/papers you cannot blame people for wondering. Everyone has their own opinions on each couple and only time will tell.

But do they have to have pictures of them in newspapers? I have tried to get them out of my mind for a week now, and when I forget them, I see a picture of them in the paper. What has the world come to?

Yeah and when Kat comes out she is just be quiet and not appear in any newspapers so you can be 'respected'?. I don't see why its any different for couples than it is for a single housemate.

genuine feelings dont come from a show like bb. They also dont come when you have camera crews following you around all day. YOur not able to sit back and be yourself because you'll always feel like someone is watching (which they are).
Love ppl going on about genuine. HOw many tv reality show couple are really still together. Forget that, how about celebrity reality show couples. Just off the top of my head i can think of Cam Electra doing her show with Dave Navaro and Jessica Simpson.

Funny i would have thought Luke had a bit more of ahead on him. WHo is ever going to take this kid seriously as a politician after all this? What a joke. Rebecca i get her diong all this, and i mean i dont discredit her for doing it. It fits her personality and she is getting the media attention which she loves. But Luke's involvement is weird.

I've noticed Jen and Dale havn't been getting half the hassle that Luke and Bex got/are still getting. I think both couples are real but I don't see why Luke and Bex are just presumed to be fake and Jen and Dale aren't.
