right, this week my sleeping pattern has been a MESS.
on monday night i slept as normal [in america], but then i had to go until wednesday night [english time - plus 8 hours] without sleeping, which i did. On wednesday night i slept from 1am-4.30pm, then I went walking, and last night I couldn't sleep at ALL because obviously, I'd woken up at 4.30.
So, I stayed up all night [see all my posts on this forum from like 5 in the morning.. ahaha.] and then went for a run at 6.30 [WHY?!], and i was completley awake. At 4pm today, though, I decided to have a little nap for a few hours, and when I wake up it's 11pm :| [AND I MISSED BIG BROTHER. :(] So now, I am completley awake again, but I have to tutor a girl at 2.30-4.30 tommorrow, and I'm worried I am actually going to pass out.
How do I get to sleep!? I know being on my mac doesn't really exhaust you but being in bed is SO BORING when you're not tired.
heeelp. i'd actually like to sleep tonight, to get back into english time :/

Try reading a big book - it always makes me tired.

I haven't got a PC or a laptop... I have a mac :P.
Yeah, actually I might read a book! I'll come off this forum in 13 minutes and read it, anyway.

I watch/listen to music/movies on my iPod. The bright screen makes me tired but it'll probably screw up my eyesight in the long run..

Ok, trust me on this. It works.
Pour a glass of milk, and then put it in the microwave for ~30 secs so it's warm. Get a big book and get tucked into bed drinking the milk and reading.

Hmm, get yourself as warm as possible under the covers then.
Also, a strange one... but close your eyes and put your hands over them (kinda pushing them down but without force) for about 20 seconds... should make your eyes heavy and you sleepy.

Codine! Take codine (is legal) and it will knock you out... Or..
Stay awake all night and all day then go to sleep the following night.

I read a book, and managed to sleep from 2-5.30, with the help of an eye mask. YES.
