Screen video capture for Mac

Any Mac users know a good software for recording parts of the screen, like off youtube (For avatars?). I really can't be bothered with the hassle of going on my windows computer :yuk:... even if it does have Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro and animating software :(

Well If i need to get a youtube video I just use a convertor, for screen capture use "Sequence."
