Where have the producers gone wrong?

Where, if at all, do you think the producers have gone wrong this series?

Putting Alex in. They thought she'd be another Charley but she took it way too far and I knew that'd happen from launch night

Not fixing the vote when Mario was evicted.

The Heaven/Hell - Had the potential of a great great task, however, they kind of didn't make the most of it. I think Hell should of had to do hard tasks everyday, and Heaven should have more luxuries.

Well.

They lost trail of direction.

At the beginning when they're brainstorming ideas for BB9 they need to stick to them. Instead, they change their mind midway through the series and introduce new ideas that they have only recently decided on (Rex's gf for example... also, changing rules of tasks as to save/condemn some HMs).

They need to constantly remember the original format and that's something they don't do.
