I think it's got to the point where Mo is seen as an easy target for hostility now.

Sure, he certainly isn't the most likeable of people - and he isn't one of the most entertaining housemates either. His way of coping is generally being annoying and eating, but this may not have been the case if he were with a different group of housemates. I think the main reason why people are so hostile towards him is because their favourites have gone over him, purely for being more controversial. But he hasn't done anything worthy of being hated. He's just more of a waste of space compared to the other housemates, and therefore doesn't deserve a place in the final like them.

Mo is a waste of time. He has nothing to say on any subject, he's rubbish at most tasks, he'd eat anybody out of house and home and he encourages every nasty remark made by the other HM's. He's by far the worst HM of this series. I'd rather watch Alex or Dennis than him yet he's still there.

If the whole house is up for eviction then Mo has to be the favourite to go.

Mo is one of the nicest people I've seen on Big Brother. The type of person who gets overlooked because he's not aggressive and obnoxious, but when he is provoked - shows great restraint and composure.
