Um yeh If you get a karma point thing is it good or bad!!!!??

it can be good or bad

If you get a + karma, and it goes up, then it's good.
If you get a - karma, and it goes down, then it's bad.

Some people just put people's karma down for no reason though so I wouldn't care too much.

I can't see your karma as mine is turned off but I wouldn't worry about it too much.
If it gets too low or if you dislike it, you can turn it off from the control panel.
